I saw that. The label address dates it 1932-1944, so probably early 30's which would tie it in to that period where they were using that ugly woodworm paint.
I've a feeling many Spanish guitars of that era were made in the same factories and labelled accordingly.
Julve were in Valencia, and Estruch Barcelona, so maybe the early Estruch guitars were outsourced to Julve luthiers, hence the similarities in bridge detail, rosettes etc. Or even vice versa.
It's a completely different pattern, but was clearly the fashion in that part of Spain at that time.
They all need loads of work though, so there's a difference between a fully restored guitar and a random one. I've done full restorations on 4 Julves in the past, and all were massive jobs.
