Manolo Sanlucar's Conde and one of Paco de Lucia's Conde (Not the Conde) for sale. Apparently these are both short scale 632mm.

A bit of false marketing there. While on one hand for sure these guitars are "authentic" in the sense they are sobrinos de esteso from that era....and could very well have possiblely been "owned" by either of the two maestros, the fact is the photos and videos imply that these guitars were actually USED by the maestros in such scenarios. The conde in photo and vid (two different guitars anyway) of paco is not even the same rosette. The vid of Manolo w morente is probably a similar rosette but a quick glance at the 19th fret and you can see it is NOT the same guitar by any stretch of the imagination.

on the other hand, as I showed above the guitar of Morao for sale is indeed the same exact instrument as the the one his dad was using in Rito.

EDIT!!!! oh dang, I just noticed...the frets on Manolo's guitar were removed and REPOSITIONED....you can still see the old slots if you look close. Maybe it really was his guitar and it's legit. A 20th fret was added, maybe that was the whole point? I am curious of luthier's thoughts about repositioning the frets.

Here is his dad using it to accompany Chozas. Definantly a guitar with a serious flamenco pedigree.

Great to see that clip again - quite a line up, with El Mono and the young Agujetas on palmas.

They don't make guitar accompaniment like that any more!
