Maybe try and play the track at half speed and follow with the score ?

Guitar pro will render the notes but not the music, few things survive this process.

I am not aware of a way of reducing the speed of a CD or Youtube video.

I use this program A LOT. It does video too! You'll have to use a different program to rip the videos from youtube but once they're ripped out transcribe should run them.
