Interesting post. Once I too played 4 different Sanchis at El Flamenco Vive. There were all 1F models, in Pau Ferro, Indian Rosewood, Arce, and Cypress. I would normally prefer Cypress but on those particular guitars the Pau Ferro was the best one.
My brother also has a Sanchis 1f Arce; like Ricardo's one. Comparing to cypress the bases are deeper and the trebles are sweeter and more refined than cypress.
