YES! THAT is what straight 16ths sound like @ 220bpm plus...

If Ricardo cant hear the difference from the other video, he must be
going deaf.

Circus tricks. Definitely circus tricks.... and selling alcoholic beverages.

How about this version? Now, THIS is pretty scary stuff.

Okay, this is a video I shot for myself during my practice for the GFA concert. Musically it's garbage because when I practice technique like this I am in my own world. It sounds weird to me now and plus the guitar is out of tune, dammit! [:@]

I sometimes push myself to the limit like this in practice so that my normal playing has a bit more speed reserve I can tap into if needed.

I am doing about 16 notes per second on some runs here. That would translate into 16ths at 240 bpm.

I would have deleted this already long time ago, but I lost all access to that account.

duende -> RE: rafael cortes - again (Nov. 29 2011 17:46:08)

jesus!

jg7238 -> RE: rafael cortes - again (Nov. 29 2011 23:19:03)

Boy, those 2 runs were sweet. The first one at 0:42 and then at 0:48. Fenomeno!

gaash -> RE: rafael cortes - again (Nov. 30 2011 0:19:20)
