www.pacodelucia.org this appears to be his official website. I noticed that for this year it is not getting updated much if at all. Under Tours for 2007 there are lots of entries. For 2008 there only 3 at the beginning of the year.
Anyone know what Paco De Lucia is up to this year?

Lots of bigger shows and tours are being canceled because of low turnout due to the economic situation. Suze Orman instructed people concerned about the financial situation to stop going out to she theater shows. People listened to her unfortunately.
Paco doesn't necessarily need to tour for money, but he certainly doesn't want to lose any money. I don't know for sure if any of this has anything to do with the lack of tour dates on his website, but it wouldn't surprise me.

Doit that avatar is hilarious!
I know that paco at least a few years ago, won't do a tour unless he gets like a million dollars for the whole tour. (That means everyone gets paid from that money, and they probably have to do at least 10 concerts). So until it gets set up like that, he would rather stay at home and surf the net or whatever he does. He won't do just one concert here, one there, etc, in other words.
