Right, so I don't know what to call it but I'm looking to buy a hard case with a long carry strap attached. I saw a few people had them in Sanlucar and they're really practical. The ones I saw were black and quite rounded, inda like cello cases in a way, buut I can't remember who had one and I'm not sure where to look.... does any one here have one and might know where I should go a-knockin?
thanx!

I have a black Eastman fiberglass case. I think the Metro case has thicker padding and storage under the neck. The Eastman just has a pouch in the headstock compartment. The case is light, but IMHO not as protective as a standard hard case. I got mine for about $100 off Ebay. I saw a Hixcox on Ebay for about $120 which would be better, though I like the look of the fiberglass.
Karura cases are supposed to be strong enough to use as checkable luggage.
There was a post about cases recently, and a picture of Tomatito with a fiberglass case.
