I often see a big blue banner ad at the bottom of the page here on the Foro that reads Flamenco Ringtones. It's not always there, so maybe it's a rotating kind of deal. I saw it last at on the Off-Topic page, at the very bottom. Not sure if it's just a cheesy midi kind of thing, or something that converts an actual recording to a ring tone....
One thing I do, is to take an mp3 of my favourite tune and cut it up in a sound editing program (soundforge or something), then put it on my phone mem card and select it as my ringtone.
Meh. Never mind about that banner ad. Just clicked on it and it's some sign-up-for-this-service kind of deal. Manzmann's DIY method sounds good. How do you put the song on your memory card?
srshea... Its fairly simple, (though it depends what phone you have, I would suspect the newer the phone the easier it is.)
I just plug my phone into my pc, navigate to the memory card folder and drag and drop the tune. piece o' cake!! of course you have to the select it as your ringtone via your phone.
