But the most grateful I am for the fact that I finally got my sample software hooked up with my cubase programm thanks to the precious advices I got from Flo. Flo, you're an angel.

Hey Jim,
Don't really know, being a noob and all that. Perhaps this is a different mag? My guitar teacher had a copy lying around, so Dave went online and subscribed. I hope I'm actually going to receive something! The link is:

Ailsa,
That's fine. I was thinking of Flamenco International magazine published in the UK and ran for one/two years. Edited by Vera King and Juan Teijeiro. Still some back issues available from Juan at El'Mundo Flamenco in Duke Street. Would be good to see it published again but I guess it was too glossy and expensive given the limited market. If you haven't seen it you should check out the back issues. Very good mag, sorry to see it go.

I got a cajon! Hopefully it'll help with my compas too, though it's torn me away from my guitar for the last couple of days. Also got bits of money towards my next guitar fund.
Hope the subscription to the magazine works Ailsa - I tried ages ago and couldn't see how to fill in the form from the UK so they must have updated it. And snap on the big bottle of Amaretto - mmmmm!

Duende
I also got running shoes but I had an accident this last year and they do not fit! (I am slowly recovering and begining to run again). I did not realize you also are a runner. I did run marathons here (26.2 miles). You do something like this also?
RE: WHAT PREZZIES DID YOU GET? (in reply to henrym3483)
well i´ve been running for 6 months only. molsty in doors since the winter weather isnt nice for outside runns. i take it very easy only gotten 10km dont wanna push it, i do 30km/week if sometimes 20km i do some muscle building as well.
and i think my guitar technique has gained a lot from running. i spend about 3hrs less on the guitar and run 3 times a week and my thechnique takes off.

Sadly they haven't - it took several emails to them in my best Spanish to get the info about how to bypass their system! If it works and I actually receive a magazine I'll tell you how it works.

ORIGINAL: frhout I would like to have the Miguel Ochando's CD as well though.
I bought that for my Dad. My Mum got the flamenco 2008 calendar. HArold got the Camerón DVD live in Paris ( very sad to see him so fragile though, and Tomatito looks like he thinks Camerón is going to disappear in smoke ) and also a T-shirt with a dancer and 'flamenco de Granada' written on it. I was going to get the T-shirt which said " Soy Flamenco" and had " Camerón, Tomatito, Paco de Lucia, Carmen Linares" written underneath but I felt the Carmen Linares sort of spoilt it.
I was given a load of dollars for spending money for my Asia trip and two handbags ( well a girl cant have too many of those) a gorgeous necklace and bracelet, smelly bath things and lotions. Nothing flamenco for me then
