More Guitar pro questions
Is it possible to put in a golpe in guitar pro? I'm sure I saw it somewhere but can't find it now.
Also, anyone now if its possible for two notes, that are played at the same time, to have different durations. for example a bass note that lasts a half beat played at the same trime as a treble/melody note that last for a 1/4 beat??
In the pull down tab "edit" there is a feature called "Voices" that lets you edit a "lead" voice and a "Bass" voice only, so if you want to score a classical piece with 3 voices or more you're out. The "Voices" feature is a little finicky to learn but is useful if you just want the bass note to ring longer, speaking of which, there is also a "let ring" option in the effects pull down tab that shows the words "let ring" in text on the score where ever you want it that I'm sure is useful sometimes. I like GP5, and it's predecessors but I also like PowerTab Editor, a free program very similar to GP5 that allows for more voicing options but is a little less user friendly in other areas.
