Yes, literally "papito rico" means "little rich daddy" but I am told that colloquially it means a cool or yummy guy in Mexico. I am not going to argue with that, as it is patently apparent

In latin america, 'papito' or 'papi' is a term of endearment from a girl which can mean she thinks her/the guy is hot, and 'rico' is like delicious, so a 'papito rico' means that the guy's got it goin' on! Good work Simon!
