Scott Cao guitars?????? 
Does anyone know if the violin maker, Scott Cao, makes half-way decent guitars? I saw a flamenco of his online---spruce, cypress, pegs---and had never heard of his stuff before. He's from China but lives in San Francisco. I suspect it may be mediocre, but not sure. Any info? thanks.

Scott Cao makes world class violins. Check Gryphon in Palo Alto. They have one listed. We go to the store in Campbell but they do not have a flamenco there for me to try out. If I have a chance I will run up to Palo Alto and let you know what I think of the instrument.
