I actually know somebody who plays flamenco in Wellington, she's an old friend of mine. Yes, SHE. She was my first teacher decades back. And I don't think she minds if I give you her name, Anne Josephine Ribeiro. She went to the States during or after this summer with a group. I'm not sure what kind of music she plays now. But once we're into flamenco, we normally love it for life. I have her telephone number but I haven't yet been able to contact her, probably because of the twelve-hour time difference. I'll let you find her telephone number. I think there should some kind of clubs in Wellington.
