At first, I thought you were talking about beer, which I like but have been too lazy to post.
But, sparkling wine? Love it! And since this is a flamenco foro, I guess it'd be best to sip some cava! Since most cava is produced in Catalonia, especially Penedès, maybe someone could recommend some appropriate drinking music?
Well, it pains me to admit it, but when I was a kid I used to like Lambrusco sparkling wine.
These days I only drink sparkling Rose wines.
Although I had a bottle of Dom Perignon 1988 for New Years eve a few years back, and I have a nice bottle of Crystal in the cupboard which I'm saving for a special occasion.
