I received the following email from, collery6321@yahoo.com and thought it was fishy since I knew this guitar belonged to Rudy. Just a heads up incase you bid on his guitar and get this same email. It's NOT Rudy.

Thanks Tom for pointing this out & I really hope that everyone sees your post & realizes that as of Thursday afternoon, my Dominguez is SOLD !

I closed down the auction & the guitar is no longer avavilable for sale. Anyone being offered the guitar in any way, shape or form BEWARE ! ; It's definitely a SCAM !!!!

Tom, thanks again. I 'm sure that everyone appreciates your vigilance as much as I do.
