How do I identify this Conde?

I've been offered a 1974 (supposedly) Conde Hermanos for $3,500 Australian. That works out at about $2,700 US or 2,100 Euro.

I don't have a digital camera since mine broke not long ago, otherwise I would show you all.

It's a small guitar (Granada school) with a spruce face (duh) and cypress back & sides.

So anyway? What do I do to find out more about this guitar?

What is a small guitar? 65cm? Or for kids? Never heared about that before. But usually the kid-guitars all sound bad, coz they are too small. I wanna see some photos. Please try to make some.

Look at the label. Should say "Esteso" and "Gravina". If you don't see any of those words then there is a mistake. Where do you get "Granada" school? Condes are from Madrid. Anyway, don't buy any guitar you can't first play.

Okay, I'll see if I can borrow a camera and get some photos up here. The scale of the guitar is a few cm shorter than normal. It's not a kids guitar. It was probably the standard size for 1974 flamencos I guess.

If you have the pictures you can always email conde about it. I also did once with a conde from 1969. they can tell you if it's built by them and when and what sort of model iti s and the value. Then you're sure.
you've got to have pictures of the rosette, the front, the back and the head and ofcourse the label.
