Don't forget Londoners can see both Duquende and Chicuelo in Qawwali Flamenco on 23rd of October at the Barbican Hall

But isn't this Duquende just a copy from Camaron ?

yes almost but he isn´t JUST a copy. He´s a HELL of a GOOD copy.
I hear lots of personal style in there as well.

Yes Henrik. That's why I asked.
It's of course difficult to judge from just one, sorry, two videofragments.
Are chicuelo and him a steady duo just like Pdl-Camoron where ?

also i should mention i think Camarón "discoverd" camarón. So there would be a natural strong influence.

About the duo thing. Chicuelo also plays a lot with Miguel Poveda.

Wow, that is a deep insight! But I know what you meant. Yeah, Camaron encouraged Duquende when he was young, and even played guitar for him to perform a fandangos, as the story goes.

There is a vid I downloaded a long time ago, trio concert in Arle france, Poveda, Duquende, Chicuelo. Really kick ass concert.

yea i got that consert as well. Theres a short interwiev with Duquende there but my spanish is not very good

Duquende sings a tangos called Cuida Mi Rosa on on Juan Carmona's album Borboreo. It gives me chills every time I hear it.
