Guajira anyone ?

Hi i am playing at a festival in about 3 weeks with the group and the night before the festival they want me to play for theyr opening dinner.

I dont wanna leave it up to chance anymore everythime someone wants me to play solo, most of the time they not looking for buleria, solea, seguirilla.

I was thinking , fandangos de huelva, tangos, sevillanas, (i have no coice i will do a buleria but it will be a light one)Alegrias, farucca, and I think i wanna learn a guajira cause its a nice light key.

I am not looking for paco de lucia one it looks too much work for the amount of time i have.

Anyone knows of or has any nice guajiras ?

RE: Guajira anyone ? (in reply to Florian

Hola Florian,

I posted a few weeks ago, looking for tabs for one I liked. I thought it was Hideki's work, who accompanied the dancers at UC Irvine in So Cal, but he wrote to say it was not his.

I have been working it out, by ear, but didn't tab it, basically because I just worked out the flaseta intro, then I just kind of go into the dance accompaniment stuff.

I can send the MP3, but don't have tabs. I'm sorry.... :-(
