flamenco legend dies

Fernanda de Utrera passed away last night. The world Music Forum has already put up a brief triibute and am sure that Estela at deflamenco.com will also be paying homaje.

Hi Kate,
I believe she was a personal friend of Estela's (Zata).
I have a few "Antoligia" records with her singing.
A different time when Flamenco had a rawer and gutsier edge that is still celebrated in some circles.
