Thanks Ricecraker! Great stuff!

Is the Habichuela clip indicative of what the rest of his Encuentro vid is like? Pepe's always been one of my favorite players. Very distinctive sound. He plays solea like no one else. This buleria is way cool, but check out the version of "al Aire" he plays in the Rito y Geografico series. I'd post it but don't know how to get it off VHS.

The Paco Pena fandangos is cool also. Nice to hear a version where I can actually tell which part he's playing. Don't get me wrong, the version with the Losadas is also amazing. But on cd I can't see who's playing what. Pena's Gerundino and the way he plays it also have a distinctive sound. Really clear with those nice brittle trebles and clear tone. Really polished sound.

Jake.
