I'm not mainly comparing it to what I paid for it (that is just a secondary thought), but to what the exact same used guitars were selling for, couple years ago. And that has definately changed.

And luthier guitars are not selling as often either.

I remember selecting "sold items" on ebay and there were many many sold guitars within a short period of time (luthier and factory). Nowadays the number is much less.
