Best pueblos of Andalucia? 
I have been watching series called destino andalucia on youtube (I think they have several hundres episodes) and there seems to be many cool little towns and villages there, any recommendations where to visit?

Sanlucar is the best if you have not been. Contratiempo bar but there are several flamenco Peñas if you ask around.

Yes it's great, I've been a few times, also the nearby chipiona has a great peaceful vibe especially when it's warmer. Gotta visit more peñas for sure, it's just often difficult to discover the opening hours and some open at very late hour and just once a week or so.
Conil is also quite peaceful outside summer and is almost vacant in the colder months.
