Rasgueado hand tilt

Vertical or tilted, Ricardo? I'm trying to improve my rasgueado sound including the upstroke sound. I was wondering if the vertical or angled tilt would be better for creating a better sound.

from that angle view we can't really see, but from the front, it should be about 50 to 60 degrees that you sweep the fingers across the strings. Some players hold the neck up and it gets a much steeper angle, perhaps going to 80 degrees. See Manuel Molina for example:

It is quite steep as would be for arpegios tremolos or picado. He lowers the angle for rasgueados. Watch how it changes here (1:30 is a good spot):

How is it possible? You cant do ras at a 10 degree angle, which is almost horizontal.

There are 2 extremes.
0 degree angle is horizontal (parallel to the strings).
90 degree is vertical.

He is means -10 from vertical (90 degrees). Aka 80 degrees.
