Yes, he is an excellent guitarist. Him and Ruben Romero put on a flamenco, traditional mexican show once or twice a year. He is more of a classical guitarist. I contacted him about lessons but he said he wasn't a flamenco guitarist and $100.00 an hour is too steep for me.

Yea, that's pretty steep. We had him play at our wedding a few years back. He was awesome, and a very nice guy. He handed out several autographed CDs after the reception, which was totally unexpected, but very much appreciated.
Have you heard about the flamenco festival taking place in Albequerque (sp?) this summer? I think Edgar G.(forum member) has the low down.
