RIP Sly Stone 

Out of the soundtrack of my youth, his influence on modern music can't be overstated. Miles Davis listed him as an influence - pioneer of funk, slap bass courtesy of Larry Graham, integrated band, half of whom were family members, multi-instrumentalist, and all around lunatic. I'm amazed he made it this far.

Regardless of the demons he may have been fighting, his message was always positive and he was proud of that.

RIP Maestro.

This one proves that using any more than two chords is just showing off...
