Standing in the Shadows of Motown 

Worth a watch, if you haven't seen this already and have a couple of hours to spare. Grew up listening to this stuff on the radio, still love it.

Yeah. The funk brothers and Motown. I remember watching it on dvd. It's copyrighted. Your youtube link doesnt work.

Must be a geo-fence or whatever they call it on it. Still works for me.

At any rate, I ended up watching it for about an hour then realized I'd seen it before. It's a good reunion and remembrance show, but it doesn't really recapture the fire of the era when it was all coming down. It's good that the Funk Bros get some recognition, though. James Jamerson was such a genius on bass.
