I never stopped taking photos…
…not since I was nine years old. Italy is a quite wonderful place. For all its triumph and grief. Well, for me anyway. In Val d’Orcia for a few days. Like shooting fish in a barrel.

Stunning, as ever….you are very talented Simon The collors, the sharp lines, as if you cut out the village with a pair of scissirs and glued it on afain.
What would you advice for black and white photografie? I use an app right now on my iphone, but if I like to take that to another level?

I get a small, decent APS-C camera. Look at FujiFilm, they have some great recipes for jpegs and you can find many adjustments on the web. Their cheaper range of XC lenses are really good. Like the tele zoom I used for this shot.
