BAM HighTech Case and French-Polish

Was considering purchasing a BAM HighTech case for my guitar.

However, noticed some reviews on the Thomann website saying that the interior materials on this case react with French-Polish (Shellac) and cause damage to the finish.

You can read the reviews here:

Does any foro member use a BAM HighTech for their French Polished guitar?

Have you noticed any damage to the Shellac?

I have used two of them for years. For 2X 10+ years no problem.
Used them with two Anders Eliassons, two Gerundino’s, one Ariza, two Jose Lopez Bellido, all french polished never had any problem.
The one thing is to look out for, if the case becomes old, the rubber stops, (is that also english?) get loose sometimes and can be lost.

I have the DEF8002XLA which is the same thing in a different colour.
My guitar is french polished.
The only thing to watch out for is that if you put the extra pads (that come with it) on the inside of the case, they can come apart if it's too tight as you put your guitar in, and the glue could hurt the finish.
