Flamenco is cante, guitarra y palmas. It becomes flamenquito with the addition of extra elementos such as coros, bajo, harmonico, cajón, bongos, violin, etc. When I first heard the PDL group, I was hearing pop rock Andaluz at great volume and decided to to never hear it again. Sadly, this group came to Cádiz a couple of times and though I never paid the entrada, I could hear everything at a distance due to the excessive volume. If you do not believe me, spend an año in the barrio Santiago.
