Is the transcription in below image accurate wrt to rasgueado pattern used?

I would say he is doing regular 5 tuplets. Eamii, eamii, i +golpe. However, at 2:39 you can see him do the two 7 note patterns as written. So It is your call what you want to learn for those two beats. If you compare the two I feel the second one has more notes, but there is not metronome to compare subdivisions of the two spots to determine if they are really different or not.
