I would love to discover some new flamenco cante music. I'm into cante (and a guitar of course). Although I enjoy some "guitar only" flamenco, it's not really my cup of tea. (except all of Sanlucar...I've got a thing for this guy).
I've listenned to mostly all Camaron, Potito, José Merce, Capullo. But I'd like to discover some more. I've got a spotify account and I folllow the algorythm of what is proposed ("Radio linked to the song") that let's me discover a lot of things. I've just been listenning to Ramon el Portugues. I had never heard about the guy, but I tremendously enjoy it.
I was thinking if some of you guys have a spotify account, with flamenco playlists, we could share them.
Youtube is cool, but I love to listen to whole albums. I usually listen on spotify, and then buy the CD's. Why? For the artist, or it's dead counter part.
So if one of you guys would enjoy sharing a playlist from spotify, that would be cool. We could also do "collaborative playlists".
I'm open to other ways also.
P.S. I don't care for the recording quality. I have some Del Gastor with Pedro de Utrera that sound old and lousy, but the energy is amazing.
