WOMAD Final Rehearsal Schedule

FINAL REHEARSALS

Thursday 2-Mar 11:30 am All who can make it
2-Mar 6:00 pm Dancers only
Friday 3-Mar 2:00 Pm All
Saturday 4-Mar 5:00 pm Dancers only
Sunday 5-Mar 2:00 pm All
Thursday 9-Mar 11:30 am All who can make it
Friday 10-Mar 2:00 pm All who can make it
Saturday 11-Mar 5:00 pm All
Sunday 12-Mar Time tbc Warm up for all who want to in morning - at Velada studio (tbc)

Other important dates/times

• Performance: Sunday 12 March 2:50-3:45 pm
Moreton Bay stage
linecheck 30 minutes prior
Access to dressing rooms at 1:50pm until 30 minutes after performance (4:15)

**we will arrange transport etc closer to the time **

I will let you know as soon as I have the artist passes

• Drinks at Persian Gardens (banks of River Torrens)
Thursday 9 March 5-6:30pm

• WOMAD After party
midnight- Hilton (Charlie's Bar)- have to wear pass

• Flamenco @FAD is now confirmed

doors open 8:30pm- show starts approx 9pm

Florian has been stricken by a strange disorder that the doctors have never seen. It seems to be neurologically-based, somewhat similiar to the repeitive motion-syndrome that Jon has. Apparently whenever he tries to write on the internet, he suffers seizures of various intensities. It does not affect his guitar playing, internet surfing (reading), cante, or girl-getting skills (thankfully). I'm sure I speak for everyone when I wish him a speedy recovery, at least after I get a nice lead on him with my post count.

I'm very sorry to hear this...get well flo!!.
I've heard some other versions about flo disorder, it has some sort of relation with bad joint movement which can get pretty bad in some cases of abstinence and flamenco guitarist with a bad hand technique, I find it hard to believe due to recent flo videos but lets just wait what the doctors have to say...
