If it is the same instrument, perhaps the classified ad you are pointing to could be updated with the link to the auction house provided in the original post.

Are these instruments bought as museum pieces or as instruments to play?

I remember a member here, not seen in a while, "Jim living and playing in Glasgow" who used to buy expensive guitars, play them for a few months, then sell them on so someone else could appreciate them.

I think I remember him saying you didn't gain or lose much after a few trades.

I'd love to play this one but I'm not sure I'd want to own it long term. But hopefully it will find a good home where it is appreciated
