thanks for posting. I love the guy, very very different than Paco but I grew up listening to him ALL the time. So clean playing specially his tremolos.

Not only very different than PDL, but in my opinion better than the later PDL and his "ensemble." Paco Pena is the most traditional of the well known flamenco guitarists on the circuit today. May he continue for many more years.

Interesting .... my exact same sentiment about Bach and the chaconne.... it’s like flamenco but a bit on the modern jazz side with all the super locrian scales and such....
