Just at the 35:25 ish mark some flamenco music starts to play. I cannot find who it is playing. (my noob guess is Paco De Lucia playing some bulerias or similar, but not one I recognize)
The series is on Netflix, I can't find a clip of it anywhere. If you figure it out let me know, there are others that would like to know too!
I couldn't figure out how to upload an mp3 (how did people do it in the past?? - I've seen attached audio files). This link will expire in 24 hrs but by then i can find a longer term solution if the buleria has still not been identified.

You beat me by 8 seconds kitarist... damn you!!!
WIN!! I guess now we know who has faster keyboard picado
BTW that buleria is very nice - I'd like to learn that falseta we can hear at the beginning. Is that Moraito Chico? The zesty, spirited thumb work reminds me of him.

But did Ramón even record any solo material of his own? His entry in the Grandes Guitarras del Flamenco series consists only of accompaniments.
That's true, I can't really find any evidence of him releasing any solo material. This video has 90 seconds of him playing solo buleria. It does seem unlikely it's him though.

The first few seconds of this Moraito Chico video (0:09-0:12) have a thumb sequence which is almost identical in feel and notes to a few notes at the beginning of the falseta in the narcos buleria:
