Conde Hermanos question

Would anyone comment on the quality of the Conde guitars coming out of Felipe V in the 1990s until the brothers split up in 2010?

Were the top models such as A25, Modelo Felipe V etc actually built by the Conde brothers themselves during that period?

The quality varies. I have played some excellent guitars from that period but have seen some A25's that sound like they were made in china. Many of their guitars including the AF25 negra were made elsewhere especially if not signed. However you should play the guitar yourself first for a week or so before you buy one. If its a good guitar its good....it doesnt matter where it came from.
Personally I prefer the old Condes from the 70's and 80's....a different sound altogether.

People seem to like the 90's guitars alot. Personally I tried only a new negra from felipe v which was made in 2008 and it was really one of the worst guitars I've ever played, and it was priced at 8000 euros in a guitar shop.

I have played dozens. The only ones I have played that sucked were from 2003 or later. All the rest I have tried from that shop were excellent IMO. I have also played some decent ones from Atocha from the same period. I have owned great instruments from 1997, 98, 2000, and 2001. I also played a 2008 that was not bad at all.
