I have a potential trade. Does anyone know anything about this guitar?

The label appears to say made in Mexico. The back appears to be a mahogany or mahogany substitute. The heal cap looks to have a white plastic on it and the case looks like a chipboard type. Bottom line, unless that guitar has a killer sound it is doubtful it is worth $400. I live in Boston and do not recognize B&F or Boston and F.....???
