Transposing falsettas

Ramon Ruiz is a great guy and excellent teacher, he just happened to mention that it's a good idea once you've found a falsetta you like, to transpose it from one key to another so you can play it in a different toque.
I didn't think much about it at the time especially his idea of just playing the same thing with the fingers moved up a string (ok some tweeks might be required) but today I was messing around with a falsetta I made up for Granaina that starts on the 6th string and I tryed it for Solea (thinking of the new group piece) starting on the 5th string, and hey it works!
Give it a go and let me know!
Cheers
Jim.
