A-minor bulerias history

Estimated flamencologists,
Does anyone know when A-minor bulerias start appearing (e.g., on recordings)? And when one hears a ii-V-i progression, with a half-diminished ii chord (otherwise not part of flamenco chordal vocabulary)?

Ramon Montoya recorded it and it seemed well established already before the 1930's

What's the half-diminished ii chord?

Any assortment of the notes BDF and A can be this chord.

Also called minor7flat5, -7(b5), or even Dm6.

On guitar a common voicing is common (5)2(4)3(3)2(2)3 (that's B on fifth string then F A and D on strings four three and two).

You have probably played it.

D.

Thanks! I definitely know the one, I always see it passing to (or even in place of) E7. So the top post makes a lot more sense now
