Tuning peg fell of

The tuning peg for the G string broke of the other day. How should I fix this? I noticed that one of the screws holding the plate of the tuning machine to the head is broken.

Can anyone advice me in this?

It happens bro. Unfortunately you just have take em off and go to the local guitar store and see if you can find a matching set. If not you can just buy new ones that are the same size.

The pics you posted don't give me a good idea regarding any possible repair. Can you glue the peg/sleeve back in place? If so I would use a high strength, two-part epoxy.
