RE: time for a new challange ? (in reply to ronney2s)
I haven't done them for a while but I would like to do one. I'm open to pretty much anything. I would prefer it to be our own composition because I don't have time to study and learn music anymore. But that's just me

What do people think of a solea accompaniment challenge?? There wont be a singer or dancer but you have to play what would be in a common routine. EG opening falseta, llamada, letra, falseta, escobilla, subida, buleria to end. Something like that.............???????

I understand what you mean by random but in fact it has a thought out progression, beggining middle and end... sort of.
Regarding the foro's challenge, wasn't it decided (sort of..) that it would be either farruca or "something else, probably fandangos but I don't remember"?

I get that, I just meant 'cus of the random noises scattered through it.
People didn't seem that interested in it. I'm saying we scrap that and go with this. It's good "real world" type practice for people. I spoke to Estas Tonne already and he's in. hahaha
