File upload limit now 2MB

Alright, I was nagged me into it. Knock yourselves out but when we run out of space, old uploads are going in the bin just if I can figure out a SQL script to do it gracefully.

See!! Scrooge does have a heart, just like in the book :-)

This is a good thing Simon; I'm sure it will fit a 3 minute MPEG, and just think how many enjoyable minutes we'll all get out of listening to one anothers music.
