Luthier in Northern Virginia/DC area

Hello, I was wondering if anyone here could recommend a luthier in the Northern Virginia and DC area? I need to have the mechanical pegs (Planetary Pegs) fitted to a headstock and also need new saddle and set up for a blanca. Or if there's no luthier to recommend in this area, maybe a luthier I could ship the guitar to for the work? Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks

Chuck Herrin is in North Carolina, he's is the inventor of Pegheds, you could ship it to him or phone him up and ask for a reference. He's a cool guy. Good pegs.

For the saddle see Black Diamond thread...

There are certainly a number of people in the area who spend time on repairs and could do the peghead installs and action adjustment. Look up Todd Stock, who lives near Frederick, MD I think. There is also a guy right in the extended northern VA/DC area, but my 61 year old brain is having a lapse (hopefully temporary).

Ross Gutmeier is in Baltimore. He's done some work on a couple of my guitars, he's a top notch guy!

Yes, Ross is well known. I didn't know whether he does repairs/mods. (He did do a repair of a back crack for a friend of mine, but their places of business are almost on the same block)
