Kudo, I'm not exactly sure what he's doing there but I think it's this (I have no idea what he did in the part with the question marks):

4......&......5......&......6......&......7......&......8......&......9......&......10
........i↑..???????????????..p↑....m↓....p↑.....m↓.....p↑....a↓ m↓ i↓ p↓ p↑

I think he emphasizes a lot the downstrokes on accents 7 and 8, that's important. This kind of rasgueos are all about the swing and that can't be put on paper.

Again, I'm not sure about this, but I think it's more or less it.

Yeah man, why did you delete the posts?

As you noticed, it probably wasn't the exact thing but it will sound similar if you play it that way. As Lenador said, it's the idea of it.
