Hola Cecilia, Do you have anything to do with www.flamencology.com by any chance Can flamenco be branded? What would one call it? Flamenco perhaps? I would change your English tag line and a lot of your content, it is arrogant and facile. For example:
quote:
... and the photo of your own logo in your flamenco photo album

Forgive me... since my Spanish isn't great...but on the "Artistas" page, does your company actually officially represent the listed artists? No entiendo..
I had a look at this website and am as confused as Ron. What are they actually selling ? The artists mentioned had no links nor info. However there is a good page which shows gigs going on in Madrid. Though even on this page they did not say the gigs were in Madrid or where the venues were, though I found that info on another page by chance.
My good friend and neighbour Antonio Cirre ' El Yunque' is performing and it was nice to see a whole page write up about him and also his son Antorrin. Anyone who has visited me in Granada will have gone to Antonio's fantastic terrace restaurant on San Miguel Bajo. Simon, Richard and Estela to name a few.
Its a shame they dont have a English translation up considering they are talking about spreading flamenco across the world. I cant see there is anything of interest to members here at the moment. I am guessing they will soon put up a shop.

Dears Kate, Escribano and Ron,
First, excuse me, but my english is not good enough.
We are Flamencology, a new company focused in flamenco.
Flamencology was founded recently by Antorrín Heredia and other partners.
We are going to produce and sell flamenco shows around the world. Now we are developing more than 25 shows in Madrid each month, and the next year we are going to be with our shows in Italy and China, al least.
The web is not traslated to english now, but it will be in english very soon, and of course, all of you are invited to our performances. We think that, altought we are a very young company, we have a good level of artists and shows. We don't oficially represent the whole list of artist, but those artist are going to be in our shows.

Hey your English is fine but if you ever need help with the translation just get in touch. Antonio knows where I live. We see him most days. Also give Antorrin regards from Kate and Harold, we dont see a lot of him as he is based in Madrid. We've been talking about recording Father and son in our studio but everyone has been so busy this last year. Look forward to seeing/hearing more about your shows and tours. I may be able to get a few bookings for you. I'll talk with Antonio about that. Great photos of him by the way.

Thanks Kate,
your feedback is great to improve our web.
We know that we have to tune the web, and the mistakes that the members of the group had underlined are true. The final version of the web is cooming but we have been online just for 8 or 9 days.
