I think you are correct, all of them are recordings from Diego de Morón. The different names are certainly related to the year the recordings were made (Dieguito in his youth, Diego later in his life).
By the way, where have you found those recordings? I've only listened to the ones on youtube...

Hi Paul, Dieguito and Diego are not the same person . I believe dieguito is a nephew of Diego. You can recognize Dieguito on some you tube videos by the fact that he makes very crazy looking facial contortions when he plays. He also does not resemble Diego that much. A friend studied with Diego long ago and I asked him the same question.... John
