It's by Manolo Sanlúcar and called 'Solea a Pasito a Paso' from Mundo y formas de la Guitarra Flamenca Vol.2

I think before that it was released as "Caminito de Alcalá" on "Recital flamenco." Most of the material on "Recital" was re-recorded with better audio for "Mundo y formas..." but there are tracks on "Recital" that sound fresher to my ears.

He also played many of the same falsetas in his recorded accompaniment of Manuel Agujetas, María Vargas and others.

Yup, I've got it, that's what I know it as.

The young Vicente took lessons from Manolo in the early 80ties and his childhood soleares included the falseta played at 2:12 (slightly altered/improved) and the rasgueado variations included in this recording.
