RE: where do you find shoes like that (in reply to rogeliocan)
May I enlighten you ?
These (ubercool) shoes in that vid....are mine ...as well as the black suit that mariano is wearing and Amir's shirt.... Both arrived in my studio to do that video and realized they had forgotten to bring with them some video-presentable outfit..as I am 6″5 tall and Mariano only 5″11, we had quite a few probs to hide my overlong trousers
We really had a lot of fun during that shots !
Todd is right: the boots and the chairs are uncomfortable as hell....but way cool, are'nt they ????

Ole Thomas! so that scene and the recording is all yours, very good. And good job with the clothing too, I think everything looks good, and nice recording.
I am surprised the shoes are uncomfortable, they look like they would be a great fit. I have a pair of Magnanni chelsey boots and the are like slippers.
So clearly ubercool is not a Spanish brand, odd there is nothing at all that comes up online, nothing for these shoes anyways. Since you don't like them, want to sell me a pair ;)

People here in Austin used to get shoes like that in Nuevo Laredo, but it's taking your life in your hands to cross the river there into Mexico nowadays, due to the war between the Zetas and the Gulf Cartel.
You can probably find the shoes in San Antonio though.

Hi rogeliocan, Don't search for ubercool-shoes , you won't find any....ubercool isn't a brand...but rather an adjective I bought mine in Sevilla, Calle Sierpes in a Tienda flamenca. have a look here: http://www.e-molina.com/e-molina-10-4-1-42.html as far as I know they ship worldwidely.
The shoes are indeed a bit uncomfortable...they are meant as stage outfit and are not outdoor compatible...but hey...they really look cool on stage. Normally there are 2 versions of them: por baile, with nailed shoe sole Sevillanas, without nailed soles and a slightly lower heel

Is it the heel height (of the shoes in the video) that makes them uncomfortable?
I don't understand why the ones in your link should be uncomfortable unless it's because of the last shape. I know my feet don't enjoy the fit of most brogues and I wear them only when I have to.

it is the height of the heel and the very tight fit of those boots what makes them a bit uncomfortable...they are ok for a gig, but definately not for a stroll in the town... on the other side they make a nice slender foot

Stephen, that table belongs to Johannes Inhoffen of Mundo Flamenco... I have no glue how much...

I am looking forward to using the end table to decorate my mothers hospital room as she is having an emergency appedectomy. I'm sure no doubt the Cross Motif in Red wil comfort her in Chirstian manner.

Dear estimated Sir,
Thank you for your interest in our fine end tables, we regard your offer as a starting point for further negotiations. However, if you really knew a thing or two about what flamenco is and what is not, you certainly would be aware of the fact that tables like these are exclusively sold together with a half-full bottle of Sherry and two used drinking glasses...if required, this ensemble can be expanded with a overflowing, stinking ashtray...
So if you are interested in a succesful transaction we recommend to reconsider your offer .
