Tomatito cd's

OK you lot....I'm wanting my pound of flesh.......
Which albums/CD's should I get?
I've got some Amigo, Haddad, Riqueni, Cortes, Pena ,Sabicas,Lucia ,Marlow ( wish I could grow my hair again...oh how my follicle challenge really pisses me off...amazing guitarist you are sir and no offence meant its just I used to have hair too! ),Sanlucar.....but no Tomatito.!!
What shall I get? And whilst I'm asking ,why am I so ****e? I play most days but the reject button seems to be permanently pressed ,my kids hate me and my wife has grown a beard and is now called Bob!
So back to the important stuff, which Tomatito CD's?
Wth love and best wishes to all...pink x

Really??? Most guys complain about their wives gaining weight but this would probably bug me more then extra pounds...........

La Leyenda Del Tiempo - Him and Camaron, that's my vote.

Tomatito's stuff can be too much on the progressive side for me, amaaaaaaaazing player though.

Like usual i think i favor his debut album mentioned by Ricardo. That also includes his wonderful Solea por Bulerias.

Yes that one track is monumental...hist other albums also have choice cuts like Aridila that we used for the advanced for challange.

"Aguadulce" was the first flamenco CD I ever bought and so has some personal significance. That said, I hear things in that CD that I (still) don't hear in his earlier CDs, and so think it's a little underrated. I particularly like the Solea por Bulerias and all three of the Bulerias on that one. (If those are your preferred palos, then perhaps that's a good way to choose).

"Rosas del Amor" was my second album of his, and that's a great album, as well.

Out of the 4 albums that I have I like Aguadulce and Rosas del Amor very much.
Barrio Negro and Paso de los Castanos a little less. He's my favorite player at the moment.

He's grooving greatly on Mujerez and Al Compas de los Zambos.

I think Tomatito is on Sacromonte by Morente along with Isidro Muñoz. Great too.

Many thanks for the suggestions so far...think the first port of call should be his first album. If I don't spend too much at the outset I should have enough money left to buy my wife a razor too. Excellent!!
Your time and help is most appreciated

I would recommend Rosas del Amor, Barrio Negro.

This is my favorite song along with "A mi tio el niño Miguel" from Barrio Negro:

La voz del tiempo (Tangos), "the voice of time"

A mi tio el niño Miguel (Bulerías) excellent *****

Being honest.. download Spotify and use it to listen to the albums and then buy what you like from the shops =)

My wife and grandkids disappear upstairs when I start to practise, can't think why. I love that Tomatito vid withe the tarp providing the palmas, excellent. I can't find enough flamenco, everything new and yet nothing is new if you know what I mean
