RE: A teaching position in Leeds if ... (in reply to Fergusito

I must admit I'm intrested, living only a few mile away near Manchester, but a job as a Flamenco Guitarirst??, Ive been looking in the job centre for years for that offer of a Flamenco Guitarist, for a passing Flamenco troupe, who's leading guitarist had just died of alcohol poisening, but could never pick it out amongst the, refuge collecting, brick laying, plumbing jobs that seemed to proliferate the job boards. Ive never been asked in the job centre how fast my picado is, but maybe times are a changin.

Billyboy,
Well, they're offering 2.5 hours a week, so you could earn a tad over £50 before tax and National Insurance.
(I think plumbers ask for that even before they step inside your house!)

cheers

Ron

My keen eye noticed the applications had to be in for 7th August, but maybe they exdended it, actually Leeds is about 65 mile away, Ive got a feeling Nick from the other board will have gone for this one as he lives nearer, and would probably get it, having studied with Paco in Rotterdam etc. But if the person who posted it could say if they have extended the applications from August 7th, it would save me a phone call.
Cheers
Billy
